Summer Fayre 2026

Join us for an exciting weekend at the Bradgate Park Summer Fayre, held on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2026.
Nestled in the picturesque Park, this free, family-friendly event offers diverse range of artisan stalls, local crafts, and mouth-watering food and drink. 
We will be sharing more information shortly, but here is a small sample of what happening:
  • A fantastic selection of stall holders showcasing local handcrafted gifts, art, jewellery, food & drink, dog treats & toys, plants, collectables, and much more!
  • Support the Leicestershire Fire and Rescue team by taking a ride in their mini fire engine (Saturday only)
  • Leicester Rock Choir will be singing live on Sunday from 11am
  • Discover more about the fascinating geology and fossils of Charnwood Forest, with the Geopark
  • B- Buddies Bikes will be offering free "Have a go session" in their bike arena. (Sunday only)
  • Help support Bats with the Bat Conservation Society
  • Learn about our Drystone Walls and watch demstartions
  • Learn about microplastics in our rivers with Loughborough University (Sat only)
  • The University of Leicester will be showcasing finds from the Bradgate House Archaeological digs (Sat only)
  • Chat to the Heritage Seed Library
  • Traditional Carousel and Inflatable slide

In the marquee children can join in on free crafts and our children's trail around the event field!

Bradgate House ruins and the Kitchen Garden will also be open to explore and relax in from 10:30am to 3pm.

🕙 Opening times: 10:00am – 4:00pm (both days)
📍 Location: Deer Meadow, next to the Visitor Centre and cafe at the center of the park.
