Self-Led Visits Self-led Visits at Bradgate Park Bradgate Park is a fantastic setting for schools and groups to explore independently. Whether you're studying history, geography, ecology, or simply enjoying a day in nature, the Park offers plenty of opportunities for self-guided learning. Planning Your Visit Schools and groups are welcome to visit the park without booking a guided session, provided you inform us of your visit in advance. See below for more information on how to notify us. We recommend reviewing our Self-Led Information Pack, which includes key information and practical advice. Groups must ensure that all activities align with the Park's guidelines. To inform us of your visit, complete the Self-led Booking Form and email it to: [email protected] Facilities & Considerations Toilets are available at key locations within the park. Please view the map below to learn where these are. Indoor spaces are available for hire. Please check the Self-Led Information Pack for more information on our space hires. We advise that students wear appropriate clothing and footwear for an outdoor visit. Groups must follow the Park’s Code of Conduct to help protect the environment and wildlife. Parking We have two car parks where coaches and minibuses can park: Newtown Linford car park (LE6 0HB) and Hunts Hill (LE6 0AH) car park. On some occasions, we will ask coaches to park at Hunts Hill car park if the Newtown Linford car park is busy. Drop off/pick up at these car parks is free (20 minutes grace) The following charges apply for all-day parking: Coaches - £20.00 each Mini-bus (up to 17 seats) - £8.00 Letting Us Know We do ask that you notify us in advance of any group visits.
