Nature-Based Wellbeing Facilitator Opportunity We’re seeking passionate activity facilitators who use nature-based approaches to support wellbeing within local communities. Bradgate Park Trust is offering weekday commercial use of our woodland workshop space at Bradgate Park. Facilitators will receive complimentary use of the space for up to 12 sessions, which may be delivered consecutively or scheduled flexibly by arrangement. This is a dry-hire arrangement, with facilitators responsible for their own marketing, bookings, equipment, session delivery, and support. In return for this opportunity, we require proposals for free sessions that support community wellbeing across Leicestershire, with a focus on people experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood. The number, format, and content of the sessions are for facilitators to propose. If the initial delivery proves successful, similar opportunities may arise in the future. Who will organise the community sessions? We welcome facilitators with strong community networks across Leicestershire to help foster connections. The Trust will initiate contact with groups and introduce facilitators, who will handle all session arrangements. The Trust will not be able to provide equipment or support during the delivery of sessions. Where is the site? The site is located near Hunts Hill car park (Sharpley Road, LE6 0AH), with easy access to parking and toilet facilities. Bradgate Park Trust will arrange a site meeting before delivery to familiarise facilitators with the location. When can I use the space? Weekday access is available. Exact dates and times can be arranged flexibly with us. Do I need insurance or qualifications? Yes, it is a requirement that external facilitators have their own public liability insurance, risk assessments, and any relevant qualifications.
