Early Access - Friday 12th of June

On Friday the 6th June, between 3:30pm and 6pm we will be allowing stallholders onsite for early access to their pitches. During this time, you can put up your sturdy tents and set up the foundations of your stall, such as tables, chairs, displays and stands. We recommend that you do not bring any stock or leave anything of great value overnight on the Friday evening.

Want to set-up on Friday? Let us know here.

We found this helped you to have a quicker set-up on the Saturday and an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the Park and the event field (Deer Meadow).

All tents need to be securely pegged and weighted so they do not blow away overnight. We strongly advise that a standard garden gazebo will not be sufficient to survive the Bradgate elements!

Access will be via our Hallgates entrance only - LE7 7HQ. A warden will have your name on the gate to let you in.

Event Arrival and Exit Information

Event Schedule and Access (Sat 7th of June)

  • Access Time: 7:15am – 9am (Please let us know if you expect to arrive later)
  • Entrance Gate: All arrivals are to enter the park via Hallgates - LE7 7HQ ONLY
  • Event Start Time: 10am
  • Event End Time: 4pm

Please do not arrive early as you will not be allowed on site. Please wait in the car park and do not block the entrance.

Nearer the time you will be assigned an arrival window time. This is to help us manage vehicle traffic across the Nature Reserve efficiently and safely. You will be able to park near to your pitch for unloading and will then be asked to move your vehicle to the parking zones once we open to the public.

Event Schedule and Access (Sun 8th June)

  • Access Time: 8:15am – 9:00am (please let us know if you need early access)
  • Entrance Gate: All arrivals are to enter the park via Hallgates LE7 7HQ

Event Schedule Exit (Sun 8th of June)

  • Pack Down Time: 4pm – 5: 30pm
  • All Vehicles Off Site: 6pm

The road leading into the park and out is a single-track road. To manage traffic arriving and leaving the Park, we ask that you are patient whilst we let cars out in convoy and in on convoy. This is to protect pedestrians, wildlife and to avoid driving off the path causing compaction and erosion.

Parking

Parking for stallholders will be on the Deer Meadow, on the grass beyond the marquees. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, you will be directed to a parking space by a member of staff or volunteer.

We encourage stallholders to reduce the number of vehicles being brought onsite as much as possible, as we have limited parking at the Park. Please do not bring more than one vehicle per stall.

Heavy vehicles (i.e. vans) will be directed to park on the gravel staff car park to the back of the Deer Barn.

Accessible Parking: For those who have requested parking spaces in the Deer Barns car park for accessibility reasons, these have been reserved for you – please make yourself known to a member of staff upon your arrival.

Wi-Fi and Card Payments

Over the last two years we have invested in several additional Wi-Fi Boosters, two of which will be in the event field.

As a countryside park we cannot guarantee that our signal will not drop, or be weak at times. Our Wi-Fi Guest Login will be solely for the use of Stallholders only and is password protected (you will be issues this nearer the time).

To ensure everyone can login, we ask that you use only one devise on the Wi-Fi. Should you wish to use another devise, then please look to use your own data on 4G and 5G.

Although we do not anticipate any issue, we do ask that you are prepared for such moments. You can find out more about offline payments as an emergency back up with Sum-up here: Get paid via payment links - SumUp - Support Centre. For all other providers, please check their websites.

We will be encouraging guests to bring cash as well as cards should we encounter any issues on the day.

Stallholder Terms & Conditions

In accepting your stall, you accept the Stallholder Terms and Conditions, which can be found here.

Please also familiarise yourself with the Health & Safety Requirements, which can be found here.
